Daily Snacks for Healthy Growth

At The Child Unique Montessori, snack time is a meaningful part of the prepared environment, fostering independence, grace, and practical life skills. We provide a variety of nutritious snacks daily, ensuring children receive two to three food groups per serving.

To promote safety and inclusivity, our school is nut-free. All snacks are fresh, balanced, and prepared in alignment with USDA nutrition guidelines. Snacks are offered at no extra cost.

Lunch at The Child Unique

Lunchtime is a community experience where children eat together with teachers, practicing grace and courtesy while observing healthy eating habits in action. Families provide a home-packed lunch and drink, encouraging independence and responsibility in meal choices.

Microwaves are available at all three campuses, and perishable items should be labeled and stored in the refrigerator. For health and safety reasons, food sharing is not permitted, and our school maintains a strict peanut-free and nut-free policy.
